Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Simply Natural website, visiting either of our physical store locations, or placing an order through any of our sales channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. Simply Natural LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or enter into a legally binding agreement with Simply Natural LLC. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
Products & Descriptions
Simply Natural LLC takes pride in offering authentic, raw, and traditionally prepared African health, beauty, and handicraft products sourced directly from artisans and cooperative farms across Ghana, Senegal, and Nigeria.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colors, and ingredient lists as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:
- Natural products may vary in color, texture, consistency, and scent from batch to batch due to seasonal and regional variations in raw ingredients. This is a feature of 100% unrefined products, not a defect.
- Hand-carved artifacts are one-of-a-kind items. Photographs are representative — exact grain, coloring, and finish will vary between individual pieces.
- Product descriptions are provided in good faith but should not be interpreted as medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable Georgia state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping or pickup address.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Cash at either of our physical store locations
All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. Simply Natural LLC does not store your full card number on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Price errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment charged.
Orders & Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Simply Natural LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
Order confirmation emails are sent immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
- Wholesale and bulk orders may require a deposit and have separate cancellation terms outlined in your wholesale agreement.
- Orders for custom or personalized handicraft items are non-cancellable once production has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping rates apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping (currently available on U.S. orders of $150 or more). Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are subject to carrier delays and circumstances beyond our control.
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)
- In-store pickup: Available same day or next business day at both our Douglasville and SW Atlanta (Greenbriar Discount Mall) locations.
Risk of loss and title for goods purchased from Simply Natural LLC transfers to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please contact us and your carrier promptly if a package is missing.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
- Health & beauty products (butters, soaps, oils, seamoss): Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Due to the nature of personal care products, opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Handicrafts & artifacts: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition and packaging. Because each piece is unique, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse on one-of-a-kind items, but we will work with you if you are genuinely dissatisfied.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email us at simplynaturalproduct@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, email simplynaturalproduct@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Simply Natural website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, videos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Simply Natural LLC or its licensed content providers, and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of our content without our express written permission. Use of our trademarks, trade name, or logo in connection with any product or service that is not ours is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Natural LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website — including but not limited to skin reactions, personal injury, or loss of data.
Our products are 100% natural and free from synthetic additives; however, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before widespread use, particularly if you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or existing skin conditions. Our products are not intended to replace professional medical or dermatological advice.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your purchase exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to such claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Douglas County or Fulton County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation with respect to any such dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
